Vendors who pass all checks receive our Verified Vendor badge. This badge is reviewed and renewed annually — it is not permanent.
When you see the green Verified badge on a vendor profile, it means: their UAE Trade Licence is valid, their portfolio is authentic, their business details are confirmed, and they've agreed to our vendor code of conduct. This badge gives you immediate confidence.
Fake reviews are a plague in the event industry. We've built strict systems to ensure every review on eventifydubai is from a real client who used the vendor.
You can only leave a review if you completed a booking through eventifydubai with that vendor. No booking = no review. It's that simple. This means zero fake or incentivised reviews.
Every review passes through our moderation queue before publishing. We check for accuracy, relevance, and that the reviewer is who they say they are. Suspicious activity triggers a manual review.
If a vendor disputes a review as inaccurate or misleading, our team investigates. We will remove reviews that breach our guidelines — but we never remove negative reviews simply because a vendor dislikes them.
Vendors cannot see who will leave a review before it's posted, and they cannot offer incentives to clients to encourage positive reviews. This is a bannable offence on our platform.
Ratings are calculated from verified reviews only, across five dimensions: quality, communication, value, professionalism, and would-recommend. Ratings are updated in real time.
Reviews older than 24 months receive reduced weighting in a vendor's overall rating. This encourages vendors to consistently deliver — not just perform well once and coast.
All payments made through eventifydubai's platform are processed securely. We use bank-grade encryption and offer structured payment protection.

Vendors may not misrepresent their services, capabilities, team size, or experience. Portfolio images must be their own authentic work.
Attempting to move confirmed bookings off-platform to avoid our fee structure results in immediate account suspension.
Soliciting fake reviews, offering incentives for reviews, or harassing clients who leave honest negative feedback results in permanent ban.
Any form of discrimination based on nationality, religion, gender, or any other characteristic violates our code of conduct and UAE law.
Vendors who significantly under-deliver on contracted services, or fail to appear at confirmed events, face immediate suspension and client refund obligation.
Operating without a valid UAE Trade Licence, or using another business's licence to list services you are not authorised to provide.
